PHITEN USA Retailer Information Page

Thank you for your interest in becoming an authorized Phiten retailer. Phiten USA employs an authorized retailer program to ensure that all current authorized Phiten retailers receive top end service and optimal business results.

Due to the high volume of inquiries that have been received, Phiten USA now requires all applicants to complete the Phiten USA Retailer Application Pack and submit it to Phiten USA Wholesale. Once the application pack is received please allow up to 2 weeks for a response. Please make sure to fill out the information in the application pack in its entirety or your application will not be considered. The application pack includes the Phiten USA Retailer Profile, Phiten USA Retailer Application and Agreement as well as the Wholesale Terms & Conditions that must be abided by if you are accepted as an authorized Phiten retailer. If your business is located in the state of California, please be sure to also complete the California Resale Certificate at the end of the pack retailers in all other states do not need to submit a California Resale Certificate.

Additionally, in order to be authorized for Internet sales, a separate Internet Authorized Dealer Application must be completed and submitted for review if your application pack is accepted and approved. If you receive approval for Internet sales, Phiten USA will issue a Phiten Authorized Dealer Seal that must be displayed on your authorized website. The Phiten Authorized Dealer Seal contains a unique dealer number which will also be displayed on the online authorized dealers page of the official Phiten USA website. Without the Phiten Authorized Dealer Seal, Phiten USA will not approve of any Internet sales.

If your application is not accepted, we will send you a notification email and input your information into our database. If in the near future an opening is available, a Phiten sales representative will be sure to contact you to hear your interest.
